Teresa Mills

Teresa is a local girl. She grew up in Northern Fannin County along the Red River and graduated from Bonham High School. She has been a Public School Teacher in Bonham and Dodd City for over 21 years. She and her husband Garry own an excavation business and have been in the cattle business for 25 years. They are raising their two children in rural Northeast Fannin County. She has a vast knowledge of Texas agriculture and Texas lands. She enjoys hunting Whitetail deer and feral hogs, as well as, fishing for that big bass. She knows what to look for if you are looking for that recreational hunting land or land to raise livestock. She has the expertise to find your dream home or sell your current home. In 2015-2018, Teresa was ranked one of the Top 15 REALTORS® in sales in the Fannin County area (according to NTREIS MLS). In 2019 Teresa was a multimillion dollar sales agent.  In 2018 Teresa took the next step and earned her Texas Broker’s License.
